  • Team of young agronomists and experienced scientists lead a disciplined team of dedicated skilled field supervisors to ensure that perfect agronomic practices are maintained at the farm at every step of crop development.
  • Foundation seeds are harvested, threshed and distributed to agencies for contract multiplication to Certified Stage – I seeds by growers.

  • An efficient crop administration department along with agencies ensure that only the very best growers with proper land are selected to enter the contract growing scheme.
  • Pallishree’s huge network of field camps make sure that seed bed preparation & transplantation are done to perfection.
  • Crop management is strict. Unwanted varieties are weeded out periodically.
  • Post harvest management ensures that harvesting, drying and cleaning activities are perfected.
  • Extension workers provide training at each stage to all the contract farmers.
  • At the processing plants – use of modern efficient machines free the seeds of all immature grains, stones and all inert matter.
  • Efficient inventory management teams make sure that no mixing of different varieties take place and arranging lots so that no deterioration of stocks take place.
  • At every stage well equipped laboratories come into play to ensure that seeds of best germination (80% and above) and vigour with no inert matter or immature grains are packed at appropriate moisture levels (below 13%).
